Swimmingpool was in horrable condition. One floor is under construction.

We truly enjoyed its fabulous restaurant.

There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was decent. The room with free breakfast. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Getaway Shopping Center. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a great area.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful. The rooms have a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Excellent facilities. Great location in the Norwalk area, close to everything including grocery stores, fast food, highways, mall, coffee shops.

When we arrived the toilet would not flush. We were told someone would be right up. After 1 hour we called again and then finally someone came. We were also bothered with the absence of a fan in the bathroom. The steam build up, after showers, made it impossible for someone to use the bathroom to finish getting ready.

Extremely dissatisfied with my stay. Curtains did not close so light from parking lot shined right through all night. Also, people could see in the room. Power went out. Service in dining area was awful. Also, booked 2 rooms and called 3 times to request they were as close as possible. When we checked in the rooms were on separate floors and opposite sides of hotel. The woman at the front desk said there was no note to request that they were next door to each other and told us there was nothing she could do.

The staff members were exceptional and super friendly. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was spacious. Free drinks and snacks were provided in the room. The location turned out to be great for exploring the area.

Hotel is being updated. I was originally put in a refurbished room...let me tell you the bed was old and worst I ever slept on,..told the staff and they changed my room to a non updated room..,yet the bed was great

Room and staff were fine.

The breakfast was not edible. I may not stay at your hotel again unless this improves. Stayed in 2015 and breakfast was good. It had been decent for years before that. It was the buffet food that was poor this time: baked goods, French toast, pancakes, potatoes, bacon were all poor. Toaster did not work well.

The design of the room was modern. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. The location was absolutely perfect, as the stores were all within walking distance.

Stayed over Christmas and staff could not have been more welcoming. Tough time of year to work.

The room was very clean and the service was very good.

I wish breakfast had been included in the room rate and not an extra cost. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because of that.
